My journey to find comfort in uncomfortable situations began shortly before I entered High School, and discovered Wrestling. During my time as a wrestler, from before High School up through college, I obsessed in finding out what my body was capable of. During grueling practices and matches, I learned that if I surrendered to the process, my body would keep going long after my mind thought it wanted to quit.
After I got done wrestling in college, I recognized I still had the need to push my own limits —so I joined the United States Marine Corps. My tenacity and dedication to pushing my limits earned me the distinction of graduating as Platoon Honor Graduate in Bootcamp and Company Honor Graduate in School of Infantry.
When I left the Marine Corps as a Sergeant, I still had more self-discovering to do, so I found Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, where I am currently a Brown Belt Under Jean Jacques Machado. I discovered the Wim Hof Method while trying to optimize my body to the fullest, for competition and my day to day life. I found that the breathwork techniques and cold water immersion had a way of focusing my mind, centering me, and calming my nerves in a way nothing else had done before. I find that it is the perfect compliment to my current meditation practice. Now I am excited to teach that to you!

The program generally kicks off with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method, and always includes a breathing session and an (optional) ice bath.
