I am a Loving Husband and Father of two ,also the Visionary of Just Breathe & Reconnect. I am extremely passionate about creating a safe space for healing. I have discovered within myself special ways to transform my thinking, and my lifestyle, as I aid those around me to do the same through enlightening conversations and coaching them through their difficult situations.
In 2007, my mother, brother and I, lost our house in the tragic fires of San Diego. Though the house did not burn down, it was unlivable . For most , thy would see this as something terrible (and it was, at the time). But it was really the time I had to really step it up. not only for me, but for my family. From this fiery furnace of a situation my family and I had gone through, it changed something inside of me, I became stronger and I stepped into who I know myself to be. I started to take responsibility for what life threw at me, and through the process I have come up with techniques to walking others to a breakthrough.
Having more than 10 years in the healing industry, I dedicated my life to being of service to others with transformational work, through massage, Qi Gong, reiki, prayer, conversation, coaching, and just being a ear to hear and holding space for healing.
Just Breathe & Reconnect is a result of my passion for healing and holding a safe space for souls to heal and reconnect to The Most High within. My life purpose is to live a loving and joyful life, enlightening and encouraging those around me to live in their Highest Frequency and through this community is how I am going to live out my purpose.
I am a FIRM believer in seeking within to find your Greatness! It is our birth right to live our BEST life and to have the desires of our heart! Although it sounds like a fantasy, I truly believe it is possible to be happy here, NOW ! Greatness is inside of you, God Is inside of you. Greatness is available to us, always, and thats what I am here to bring to you, the power of God through MY experience.
